Joyce has extensive experience working in local government and particularly the Education Sector. She is skilled at training needs analysis, designing and delivering interactive management and facilitation skills courses and training evaluation. She works with senior leaders to design and implement organisational wide strategies which generate real results and outcomes. She has worked extensively within the area of apprenticeships with in-depth knowledge of apprenticeship frameworks, delivery, assessment and funding criteria and offers expertise on careers education, information, advice and guidance strategies, processes and procedures both within schools and the wider education sector.
