Meet Andy Whitehead

BUSINESS PSYCHOLOGIST & COACH

I’m a certified business psychologist and executive coach with a passion for how people behave, lead, and grow at work.

With a background in senior leadership and a Master’s in Organisational and Business Psychology, I bring both lived experience and psychological insight to everything I do.

Whether I’m coaching a CEO, designing a development program, or speaking to a group of emerging leaders, my goal is always the same: to offer practical tools grounded in research — tools people can actually use.
