I’m Andy Whitehead, a Business Psychologist and Executive Coach. Before becoming a coach, I spent more than 20 years in senior leadership roles. I understand the territory — difficult decisions, organisational politics, pressure, uncertainty and leading people through change. Today I combine that practical experience with psychology to help senior leaders think more clearly, understand their impact and change the behaviours that make the biggest difference.

I’m not there to tell you how to lead or give you a ready-made answer.

I’ll listen carefully, ask questions that make you think and, when needed, challenge your assumptions. Sometimes that means exploring what’s really going on beneath a problem. Sometimes it means getting very practical about what you do next.

My aim is simple: to help you see things more clearly and make changes that work in the real world.
