Executive coaching for senior leaders
What might bring you to coaching?
You don't need to come with a neatly defined coaching goal. Often it starts with something that isn't quite working, a decision you're wrestling with, or simply the sense that something needs to change.
“Andy brings a clear perspective, challenges assumptions thoughtfully, and offers practical tools that support strategic thinking and decision-making. His ability to create accountability while respecting professional experience makes him a valuable partner for leaders seeking to sharpen their focus and impact.”
There’s no fixed programme. The coaching is shaped around you, your role and what you’re dealing with.
Most clients work with me over a series of confidential one-to-one sessions, usually spaced a few weeks apart. That gives you time between conversations to try things, reflect and see what changes.
Sessions can be online or in person, and we can agree the pace and length of the coaching around what you need.

Coaching works best when you’re prepared to think openly, challenge some of your own assumptions and take responsibility for what happens next.
You don’t need to have all the answers — that’s rather the point. But you do need to be willing to explore what might need to change, including your own behaviour.
I’ll bring challenge, perspective and psychological insight. You bring the willingness to do something with it.
