Andy Whitehead is a Certified Business Psychologist, qualified Executive Coach and Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute with a breadth of board and senior-level leadership experience across a range of sectors in the UK, Europe and the Middle East.

He is a solution-focused executive coach with 20 years' senior management experience. Skilled in leadership development, group facilitation, and culture change. He has delivered at senior management and board level for public, private, and not-for-profit organisations. His coaching style is commercial, pragmatic, and focused on real progress—for the individual and the organisation.

Andy supports senior leaders to fulfil their potential and has worked with high-profile teams across local government, industry, and the voluntary sector. He holds an MBA from Staffordshire University and a Master’s in Organisational & Business Psychology from the University of Liverpool.

He is accredited in a range of psychometric tools and is highly experienced in designing and delivering impactful leadership training programs. Andy helps organisations uncover individual and team strengths while tackling development gaps that affect performance.

Andy is the Founder and Managing Director of Leadership Mojo Ltd—a progressive leadership development consultancy established in 2012. Leadership Mojo has successfully delivered programs in the UK, Europe, and the Middle East.
