David O’Sullivan is a senior leadership coach, business strategist, and founder of SkillStreet, with over 20 years’ international experience in performance improvement, culture change, and people development. He works with leaders and teams to align purpose with performance, helping organisations thrive by unlocking both human and operational potential.

Based in New Zealand, David has worked extensively across Australasia, the UK, the Middle East, and the U.S. His career includes senior leadership roles at Reed in Partnership, Bamara, and international NGOs, where he delivered business transformation, cultural alignment, and large-scale employment and skills development programs.

Through his consultancy SkillStreet, David supports leaders in building high-performing environments, from greenfield start-ups to mature organisations undergoing change. His expertise spans executive coaching, team development, implementation support, and project management of large-scale change initiatives.

David’s approach is grounded in strategic clarity, relational leadership, and practical tools that build leadership capability from the inside out. He combines subject-matter expertise in employment services, health, and career development with lived experience delivering impact in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.

David is also a Partner Coach with Leadership Mojo Ltd, contributing to leadership development across the UK, Europe, and the Middle East. He is known for his dynamic facilitation style, strategic mindset, and deep commitment to community-focused leadership growth.
